7? and 7? Hydroxylation of Dehydroepiandrosterone by Gibberella sp. and Absidia Coerulea Biotransformation

چکیده

The hydroxylation of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) to 7? -hydroxy-5-androstene-17-one (7?-OH-DHEA) and 7?-hydroxy-5-androstene-17-one (7?-OH-DHEA) by Gibberella sp. CICC 2498 Absidia coerulea 41050 was investigated. media ingredients were optimized. Single factors such as the DHEA concentration, culture time, medium volume, inoculum rate individually investigated generate optimum biotransformation conditions. An orthogonal optimization process using a four-factor, three- level L9 (33) experiment designed performed. Finally, maximum production 7?-OH-DHEA from is 69.61%. This strategy would provide possible way enhance yield in pharmaceutical industry.
